Shipping and Returns
We offer free Standard Shipping to all 50 states in the USA.
UPS Ground and/or Priority or Expediated will deliver within one to five business days to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. US customers may select faster shipping by selecting UPS 2nd Day Air upon checkout.
Please be aware that Saturday and Sunday are NOT considered shipping days. If you place an order Friday morning it will ship that day and arrive on the following Tuesday. Orders generally ship the next business day. Ship time starts on the ship date, not order date; therefore tracking information will be available once your package has been scanned and received at the shipping location. Credit Card processing errors, shipping and billing address verification, inventory availability, and high order volumes resulting from a promotion or sale may be the cause for orders not shipping the next business day.
You will be charged and responsible for any shipping charges incurred for returns and/or undeliverable packages.
We currently do not ship internationally.
We will assist to best we can with any claims necessary. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the shipping vendor (UPS, USPS) about any loss or delivery disputes or delays. The purchaser is encouraged to dispute any credit card charges with their credit card company for undelivered merchandise.
You will receive a notification once your order has been placed and another when your package has shipped with tracking information and status. Please note, Mumbelli processes orders in the manner they are received. Therefore, the information you obtain on the shipping websites is the same Mumbelli receives. Once the package has shipped any inquiries and delivery concerns should be addressed with said shipping company.
If you are returning a product it must be in new and unused condition in their original packaging with all labels and hangtags still attached within 20 days of ship date. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns that do not meet these requirements.
If you are returning a product, send an email to email@example.com with your proof of purchase or order number. We will provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless (1) the item is not what you ordered, (2) the item is defective (within 20 days of the time of purchase), or (3) the item is damaged due to shipping (within 20 days of the time of purchase). Please consider the below before returning your package:
- Carefully open the Mumbelli box and verify its contents, size and color. Products showing signs of use or missing packaging or labels etc. are not considered new, therefore are non-returnable.
- The condition and packaging of a returned product must be as it was when received, complete with all labels, original box, original packaging, and manuals/instructions.
- All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility. The original handling fee and/or shipping charges or express shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping.
If an item is missing from the order you receive, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 20 days of the time of purchase to inform us of the missing item(s). After 20 days, you must re-purchase the missing item. All packages are carefully hand packed, certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion.
A refund to the original method of payment used will be issued. Refunds typically take a few days, depending on your bank and/or card issuers policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deduced from your refund.
You will receive an email notifying you once the refund has been issued. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will not receive a refund or credit for the value of discount.
To cancel an order, please email email@example.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has already shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you in it’s original packaging.
Ship the items via the carrier of your choice. Consider insuring your package in case it’s lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive the item(s) and have approved the return, your account will be credited for the cost of the item(s) less shipping charges. Be sure to include your order number on the below slip.
Returns are valid for unused and unopened items of those that have been found to be defective. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Mumbelli Group LLC is not responsible for lost returns.
